brings you here,

https://mbworld.org/forums/e-class-w...55-wheels.html

Front: ... New Wheel Specs Width 8 inches- 31 Offset mm
... Rear: ... New Wheel Specs Width 9 inches - 35 Offset mm
There, now you have the W210 AMG wheel specs.

Now search "SL500 wheel specs"

and you can come up with this

https://mbworld.org/forums/wheels-ti...tment-clk.html

Wheel and tire specs:

Manufacturer Part Number: A 230 401 2102 2103

Front:
18x8.5 Offset = 30mm
255/40/18

Rear 18x9.5 Offset = 33mm
285/35/18
You can then run a search in google:

"wheel offset calculator"

and it will bring you here:

http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

where you can input the specs and give you this for the front:

Current Wheel Specs
Width 8 inches Offset 31 mm

New Wheel Specs
Width 8.5 inches Offset 30 mm

Inner Clearance:

5mm LESS
(the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)

Outer Position: EXTEND an extra 7mm (position of the outside edge of the wheel)
and for the rear:

Current Wheel Specs
Width 9 inches Offset 35 mm

New Wheel Specs
Width 9.5 inches Offset 33 mm

Inner Clearance:

4mm LESS
(the inside of the wheel to the strut housing)

Outer Position: EXTEND an extra 8mm (position of the outside edge of the wheel)
It may not exactly tell you whether or not they will fit, but will give you a lot more information in helping others answer your question if that exact question hasn't been answered before.

Yes they will fit I was running SL rims on my 99 E430. Fenders will need to be rolled.
