E 55 handling issue

It may not be the car itself , it may be your tires. If it is the car... perhaps a few worn out suspension components (perhaps bad lower ball joints or etc).
What tires are you running?

That's your problem... Eagle F1s are terrible. Upgrade to a proper set of real performance tires (like a Dunlap Direzza Z1) and your car will totally transform.
Your lower ball joints & upper control arms may be worn out too which can cause that as well. Until you repair these two components there is no point in doing an alignment b/c it will immediately get out of spec the second you start driving down the road. Its not your springs / shocks (although those do settle over time, that's not why you are rubbing while turning, its b/c your suspension geometry is complete out of whack due to worn steering components).
Hope that helps

Why in the world would you ever roll around with traction off? And you're complaining about wet traction?
These systems are meant to save you in case of driver error or loss of traction. Hopefully you don't do it just to see the orange triangle in your dash.
You're driving a 4k pound Autobahn cruiser not a WRX.

Maybe with you **** in your pant you will make traction control your best friend cause the best tires in the world is not going to save your assss when your car fish tail out of control.

Once you really start adding quite a bit of HP/TQ traction control becomes your best friend. As peter said, even with best tires and best driver these cars can snap at when you least expect them to.
