LET Motorsports/Eurocharged Performance
Does anyone have any experience with LET Motorsports/Eurocharged Performance or whatever they call themselves these days? It seems they have a pretty solid reputation but it also seems they do most of their work for the C32 / W211 E55 crowd. In other words getting the most out of the superchargers. I just wondered if there was much they could do for our cars. Only reason I even thought of them is they're up in the Chicago burbs so not all that far away from me where I could maybe go there one day and let them work and tune my car if there's actually something they can do for it for a reasonable price.
I had a Powerchip in my old CLK that I have dyno's showing some pretty nice improvements. I keep hearing though on our cars you're going to get more out of pulley/header upgrades than doing any other type of tuning.

My W211 E500 is the current #1 record holder on dragtimes.com with a Eurocharged tune. I've put over 50K miles on that tune without issue.
Just don't expect huge gains from a naturally aspirated engine. The gains just aren't there, regardless of tuner. I'd expect 25hp 25/tq from your W210 E55, or something close to that.

hell i'd take the extra 25 hp but im sure it would cost roughly a grand or more just for a tune by time it gets dialed in correctly . Just not worth it unless you running other mod's and need the tune .
Do they make power chips for the w210 e55 ?

Eurocharged tune is around 300 4 a dyno tune with 100 a hour
but for more power do headers
i took my clk500 from 14.1 stock 2 13.2 with my set up and that was with no tune and being hot out side

Yeah, I have experience with a couple of the company's. I'd never ever deal with Oliver at Speedtuning again (I think I have those names right). I got some pretty nice gains with Powerchip, but what I also don't know is if they just fixed the things Oliver messed up. Anyway, what I would kind of like to see is the dyno tune and see what they're actually tweaking rather than the "canned tune" that you get when you send your ECU off to companies.
As far as a tune vs. headers, sure I agree I'm going to get more off headers but they'll cost probably a minimum of $1200 and possibly installation if I can't end up doing it myself. Like you said, the dyno tune is much cheaper if those amounts are correct.

Or Eurocharged must have some serious tuning.
Looked at that video and it seems almost impossible to make out what the track clock it saying.

The MPH is going to tell you more than the ET in terms of power gain. What was your trap speed on your stock run?
