Instrument cluster

Hi folks. How difficult it would be to replace the left most bulb ilumunating the left corner of the instrument cluster ? is it doable at home, or take it to a pro? Thanks.

Just go by an indy shop and have them pop it out for you. You can still drive the car with it loose (or with it fully taken out).

You can make them with a coat hanger (search for that term on here). I have taken it out with a screw driver and even my bare hands. The key is to understand how it fits in there, where to pull, and how hard. Don't scratch anything or put to much pressure on the glass, which can break.

+1 on the coat hangers. After you do it once you will laugh at how easy it is. Took me about 30 minutes the first time but now that I have done it I could have the cluster out and back in, in less than 15 minutes.

I have a DIY in the C43 section.
