Refurbished Rim on Ebay

Is this kinda of stuff safe to buy?

never bought any thing from ebay before, but was looking to buy only 1 rear rim.

I've done a good number of transactions on via since 98. This seller seems to be okay. The number of positive feedback is good. I would buy from him.

As long as a seller has a lot of feedback and its above, say 98%, you will be fine. For me, a lot of feedback would be over 120 for a private seller, and over 1,000 for a store or business.

1999 Mercedes Benz E55 AMG

From what I know,but I might be mistaking since it's been a while,last time I've checked at the dealer an original brand new rim costed around 400$. Now Ebay 300$ to 400$ is not a big difference.
