leaking diff
I had some success with my E230 by removing the breather, them the top, then remove the thick felt pad (as it does not breath well when satuated with diff oil), replace felt with a wad of air con filter, replace cap, etc.
I had tried cleaning the felt, but the air con stuff was much better, so now my new diff seals are in the boot , may be fitted one day.
