Not West Coast only. I checked my local (Georgia) O'Reilly and it has the same deal. This will be the 3rd or 4th time I've stocked up from them.

I have NEVER found 5q jugs of the 0w-40 Euro formula oil. The Walmart stores around me have the individual quarts of the 0W-40 and its always priced higher, something like $8 per quart.
EDIT: I just checked online. My Walmart has them for $6.47/quart. O'Reillys wins.
Don't confuse the cheaper non-full synth Mobile 1 (5w-30, etc) formulations with the 0W-40 which is full synthetic.
The 0W-40 is the ONLY recommended oil for our engines and in most stores, it is always priced higher.

0w-40 Mobil 1 never come in a 5qt jug. I wish they do, would make it easier and cheaper. Over here, Walmart has the best price. I usually go online and buy them and then wait till the weekend to go to the store to pick them up. Very convenient, no need to stock pile.

Costco has an instant $10 rebate going on for Mobil 1, limit 3 cases (6 per case). I forget the exact case price but it was about $27. Picked up 3 cases yesterday!
