E 63S Wagon Renntech, E55 Renntech, SL65, SL 55 030, ML, bunch of old ones--they come, they go...
Me either.

Just me, but I'd rather have a 2000 up with 100k. Far superior car. Others will disagree, go ahead.

No way. Pre-face lift also lowers the value IMO.

Considering you're located in St. Albert, Alberta, the price is probably
fair.
All the others who posted their opinions don't have any idea of what the market is like up there.

My hometown is just south of where you are, Leduc to be exact.

Bottomline you need to haggle, haggle, haggle.

good luck.

He also has California showing in his location so the car could be there.

The car is for sale in Canada. I do live in Canada in the warm months where I have a C63 with P-31 pkg. In winter I live in southern Ca. where I have a 99 E55. I absolutely love the E55 and that is why I would like one in Canada as well. I bought the C63 because of the E55. I have not heard of a lower mileage one. Is there one?

W210 E55 is not a Collection car therefore I don't think they worth more than $8K to $14K no matter how low the mileage. Plus, 99 is 13 years old car. I bought mine 2000 with 84K miles CLEAN Clean condition with service record from day 1 and I only paid $11.5K

Its a wonderful car and so far trouble free only oil, tires, brake change for the last 10K miles 1.5 year. If you are looking for a W210 E55 in SoCal, there are many choices. I don't think Low mileage one are trouble free as the one has 100K miles. Good luck !

I see. So what are 99 E55 prices like in Alberta? Is it anywhere close to $20K?

Does riv.ca show or list 99+ E55's to be imported to Canada from US or any other country? Sorry for asking all these questions. I've been away from Alberta for a long time now.

I notice he listed Cathedral city, Ca. But i usually refer to Ca to Canada and CA to California. Nevertheless, the OP said the car is for sale in Canada.

I totally agree with you. However the car is not in the US. Canadian market is quite different from US.

Not to get all nitpicky (however you spell that), being from CA I have heard of Cathedral City and knew it was here. I can see where you're coming from and have seen people do the CA vs. Ca thing before.

Maybe I'm just feeling a bit argumentative tonight.

I do not know the Canadian market for these cars so I have no idea if it's a good price there. Going off what I've seen other people buying cars for there I would not say that it's over priced. I'd guess it's equivalent to maybe $15,000ish here? I'm kind of drunk and basing this off what people pay for Camaros in Canada.

That list is obsolete now. The bumper laws for North America have been harmonized for quite a few years now, almost any street legal car in the U.S. can now be imported to Canada, they just have to meet very simple guidelines, and the E55 does.

To the OP, I am predicting an influx of w210 E55's in to Canada from Japan starting in the new year. In my experiences, when this happens it drives the value of the local cars right down. Is the car you are considering from Edmonton area?
