Reasonable offer on this E55?

I came across this 2001 E55 which isnt too far from me, im currently looking for one of these beautiful cars but the price seems a little high. I figured I would ask you experts what a reasonable off would be.

I do understand that this is a 2001 & a relatively low mileage car that has factory nav which is a plus which somewhat justifies it being the highest price W210 E55 ive found. But for a few grand more one could easily find themselves in a W211...

Based on what ive seen other W210 E55's go for I feel 14-15 would be a fair bottom line for my price. I just wish it had the ruby red & black interior (my personal favorite)

Offer them your price and see what they say. Couldn't hurt to ask right?

I've personally seen the ruby red/black interior when these cars were first introduced and gotta say it's not my color. I have the gray/black and am pretty happy with it. Just brings back memory when i first bought the car.

Hmmm the gray and black would be nice as well.
According to edmunds a 2001 E55 with 75k miles every option and perfect condition is only worth $12K from a dealer.

Give it a shot. You never know. Worse than can happen is the guy says no. I think it's a buyers market now.

EQS 580 SUV
17k is beyond ridiculous, 11k, 12k absolute max depending on whats been done, its history, and what it may need.

Do any of you have any key points I should look for/bring up to support my "low" price offer?

They're a dealer and have a highly inflated price? I avoid dealers and prefer to buy private party.

I'd consider going as high as $13,000 if they have all the records for it and agree to you getting a PPI done at an independent shop. If they say no to the PPI they're trying to hide something or haven't fully checked the car out themselves.

I bought mine with 92,000 miles and no records. I ended up spending a few thousand getting maintenance stuff taken care right off the bat (a lot of which I knew about prior to purchase). Luckily my roommate did all the work (works at a MB indy) which saved me a lot of money. He said it would have cost around $5,000-$6,000 to fix everything if I actually went through the shop.
