So in general, I'm not a fan of the sport grille on our cars. But this one looks a little different. They're calling it an e63 style grille. I installed a flat badge, and still have the stock grille. My stock grille is looking a little shabby, so I plan on getting a replacement soon. I'm torn on this grille, like I said, I normally don't like ANY sport grilles I see on our car...but this one may be acceptable. Unfortunately I can't find any pics of it ON the car. What say you?

I agree with you. I'm generally not a fan of these on W210's and some other models. This one does however look better than previous versions. Without seeing it on a car, it is difficult to say if it is different enough to look considerably better. I still think the star may be way too big and overpowering.

Personally, I've never been a fan of big stars on the 202/210/211.

I have one of these. At first I hated it.. after a while it grew on me. Mine looks close to this one. I get a lot of we love it and we hate it. *goes well w/the flat badge I thnk

Same here. I think the star is waaay to big on those grilles. I simply blacked out my stock one and called it good.

Thanks Armani. But this "newer" style grille is quite different still. I'm not convinced I'll like it. I think I'll paint my stock one to match my wheels. If I don't like it, not a biggie as my stocker is kinda beat up as it is, so I'll just buy another avantgard grille...thanks to all who replied!

Armanie, can you steer me in the right direction, I want to do the LED city lights and fogs. There are many options on Ebay, which one did you choose?

I'll trade you for Intel I noticed that you have bought AMG pedals. Which ones did you buy on Ebay? I almost purchased one last night as they would go nicely w/my new carpets.

Regarding the LED's I purchased this pair from Amazon so far eh.. It's ok not a lot of light/throw but they go nicely with the FXR projectors and LED city lights. I still haven't found the perfect fog lights yet- It's been hit or miss.

For the city lights I bought those from IJDM. I bought LED bulbs for the license plate, LED for all interior cabin as well (even the bulbs beneath the door). I hate the yellowish light look. Just makes everything look older....

I actually like this grille Maybe because it is "big" on the star The grilles on the MLs and GLs are the best looking ones IMO.
