All 4 windows not working

Try pressing the window buttons on the center console halfway down, so as not to engage the auto down, and see if that works. I had disconnected the battery on mine once, and thought I'd lost power window function, but it turned out I just had to "relearn" the auto down function, not a big deal to fix if that's your issue.

Hi.
Sorry for your grief.
Your problem is in the console-wiring- it seems. I can't remember if the windows each have an independent fuse?
All else works besides connection to your switches.
Your relays are fine. Your regulaters are fine, if it works with the Fob.
You may have to lift the console to get to the wires and apply direct 12 volt current to the switch(es) and see what happens. You can also use a 9 volt battery for convenience. It will move the window.
Luck.
btw-who knows , the wiring could have been close to your gearbox and was pinched?
Do you have a Manual?

Both up and down? Like said above, just by the door switches? If so its the door panel switch. Is the remote is opening the windows with the unlock hold, it is deff the switch. What about all the other door panel switches? Are they all dead too?

No, otherwise I would have included it.
It's difficult to find but hopefully it's still there. It's been 3 years.
You have only to gain by searching.
Frank.

actually heres a question i initially thought my gearbox was an issue so what i did was experiment my driving method and come to realise the car drives fine if im driving easy itll go up to whichever speed i want to go but soon as i put my foot down it struggles/dead spot which made me think it could be a vacuum pipe leak as the car does feel hesitant then sudden picks up on speed.. my question is: is there a common vacuum pipe that leaks on these E55's

My first thought would be unplug the battery for 10 min but you've tried that. this is a Long shot but on the new cars if you hold the drivers side window button up for 10 seconds it re programs it. My windows were acting messed this worked for me, now they are all fine. worth a shot!
