I believe it’s best said that I offered 17k as it would cost me over 2k for shipping and I expected some loose ends to be addressed, so 20k home. Offer was accepted.
It was represented as near new condition , in need of service. PPI at service center recommended by Seller noted a load of items to be addressed as it was sitting. Tires were seriously cracked, so I replaced prior to shipping to be safe.
I asked for for a reduction to reflect the offer and it was accepted, so I still hope 20k. I shall see.
As older cars go, I would not be surprised if a few things go bad in a year or so as things just happen. I’m good at $25k after a year or so and I’ll still think it was worth it.
Gracious Seller, ecstatic Buyer that feels very privileged to have it.

So 15 give and take, which seems fairly reasonable for both seller as well as the buyer. Enjoy in great health
Thanks

Last year, did end up purchasing an '02 black/black with 67K miles in mint condition. The car is so nice, I ended up purchasing a '12 X5M to avoid putting miles on this one, which is a keeper.
