Clean Carfax doesn't mean **** either. Lots of things don't get reported to it.

Black and gray interior
Interior is in really really good shape. Almost no flaws in the leather even the drivers seat.
I did replace the stereo and all the speakers.
I actually have a detailed list of everything done and everything not working or broken.
Exterior paint is 7 out of 10. It has normal rock chips and what not. The CARFAX is clean but I am pretty sure there was some paint work on the drivers rear....I am super picky. I did have all door dings removed.
Mechanically it is A+. I am the third owner. Owner 1 was a Dr. Owner 2 was a college professor.
One thing to note is the carbon fiber looking door pillars are in almost perfect shape. My previous 210 E55 these were faded
2 car keys
New spark plugs
All ball joints were replaced
All pixels fixed in display
Rear window regulators replaced
Replaced motor mounts
New brake pads
New A/C compressor
Stuff I have done
A/C fan motor regulator replaced
New Window tint
New rear tires 6 months ago
New bilstien rear shocks 3 months ago
Adjusted front wheel bearings
Flushed power steering 2 months ago
No rust on window pillars or truck
No fade on window pillars
Just did paintless dent removal for all door dings
Replaced windshield cowling under wiper
Replaced transmission mount
Replaced all speakers with MB Quart 4 ohm
No bent rims
No warped rotors
No accidents noted in CARFAX
Current issues or maintenance needed
Transmission flush
Coolant flush
Headliner falling
Sun visor mirror door broken
One window switch does not light up
Steering wheel buttons pealingTrunk switch on console does not work
A sagging headliner on an almost $15k W210 E55 should not be a thing.
