Clean Carfax doesn't mean **** either. Lots of things don't get reported to it.

i know this car inside and out. Here is a detailed list of what has been fixed, what needs to be serviced and what is broken. This car is very solid.

Interior is in really really good shape. Almost no flaws in the leather even the drivers seat.
I did replace the stereo and all the speakers.
I actually have a detailed list of everything done and everything not working or broken.
Exterior paint is 7 out of 10. It has normal rock chips and what not. The CARFAX is clean but I am pretty sure there was some paint work on the drivers rear....I am super picky. I did have all door dings removed.
Mechanically it is A+. I am the third owner. Owner 1 was a Dr. Owner 2 was a college professor.
One thing to note is the carbon fiber looking door pillars are in almost perfect shape. My previous 210 E55 these were faded
. So this car must have seen very little sun.

Might want to post some pics since you're asking a serious premium for your car.
A sagging headliner on an almost $15k W210 E55 should not be a thing.

I'm really questioning about how clean this car is if OP won't post pics. It sounds likes an $8-$9k car on a good day without seeing pics.
