Well I’m retiring in 18 months and will be moving to the tropics . Both these cars and my c36 will be eligible to be imported into the USA per the 25 year import rule . Should see them on bat mid December 2021 build dates are December 1996

No this is an original Vancouver car . Bought locally about 3 years ago . Canadian import laws require the car to be Atleast 15 years old to import , usa requires the car to be 25 years old . This sec can be imported into the usa .

Yeah, that explains it about C126 US bumpers, it's like the R107 US cars having different bumpers from european cars.

Love those two piece wheels . Just got a set yesterday , not in perfect condition but will have them redone . Last thing that puts my wagon back to bone stock ! I actually love the r129 wheels that it came on when I bought it but not digging the hot rod look

build dates are December 1996 
but build dates for all my 97’s are 1996 so eligible for import next year .....
