Yeah I replaced both of mine because they were leaking. Here's a few pics from the bottom. The other side slides up but it is tight. I think I used a plastic pry tool and took my time and it slid straight up. Be careful with the air hoses underneath, they can be brittle.
Thanks. Got them off. I can hear the pump running and feel the air at the controls so I don’t think that is the problem with the seats deflating after 30 seconds. I did put a little grease in each inlet in the switch just in case there was a leak there. Any idea if that means there’s a seat bladder gone bad? Thanks for the help
If it deflates after 30 seconds it means there is a leak that's causing the pump to overrun and it shuts it down to prevent the pump from burning out. A good method to determine where the leak is coming from is to use a small hand pump and test each individual bladder to see which one isn't holding pressure.

so all bladders are holding air based on pump test. Could it be the actual switch on the seat?
