I cannot find one anywhere and they say mine cannot be fixed. Any suggestions?

I picked up a replacement cluster off of Ebay and then paid to have it reprogrammed.

Try using mbepc.net and search for compatible clusters. Enter VIN to confirm your version (should be 210.074 as yours is the same year as mine but there are different "flavors" of this model) and list out the codes. Then back to splash screen, "car", "E", "Mercedes Benz E55". You will have to search by VIN. Then go to "54, Electrical equipment and instruments".

USA AS OF IDENT NO. WDBJF4G.Y A 875420
UP TO IDENT NO. A 962231 / X 027613 WITH CODE 809
(this one is where my car's bill of equipment is located)
AS OF IDENT NO. X 027614 WITH CODE 800

My car has code 460 instrument cluster, Canadian spec, and EPC shows three compatible clusters, only two of which are code 460 versions coded to read out in kilometers. A used cluster must be coded with the VIN of your car and the mileage readout corrected. The cluster can be programmed to either kilometers or miles. My used cluster was US spec (the part number for which you are looking) and I had it reprogrammed with the correct mileage (programmer needed the old cluster) and converted to read in kilometers.

Screenshot below for compatible clusters for my VIN and it is likely all would work or could be made to work in your car.
