Best engine swap
Have been thinking about replacing the current stock engine with M113K S/C version unless there's a better option out there? Transmission, do i need to reinforce that too? Any good shops on the east coast around KY that can do such project?
Also looking for a Kleeman SC for the stock engine, lmk if you got one.
I love this W210 platform and would like to get more power in a reliable and professional way

You and many others. I've researched this to death. The engine swap is the easy part. Getting the wiring and computer to work is another matter. a 211 e55 can cost less than the Kleeman SC kit so that's a no go.
The best solution I've come up with is to strap the SC to the NA motor put larger injectors and pulley to reduce compression so you don't blow your engine. Then install a manual switch for the compressor clutch. Cooling and oiling for the SC can be done with OEM or aftermarket parts.

No supercharger or turbocharger. Headers. Better and cleaner air intake. Engine tune. Hi-flow cats and exhaust. Should bring you up to around 400 hp based upon a well-documented build that was posted on this forum a couple of years ago. The Mercedes top-of-the-line V12 engines were rated at 400 hp in the 1990's. You are working with a design going on 30 years old. On the plus side, it is a proven and reliable design that can last for hundreds of thousands of miles. No sensor leaks that destroy an electrical harness at the cost of $5000, no head bolts that rust in the water jacket allowing a coolant leak that grenades a $40,000 engine, no magnesium intake manifolds that corrode and induce air leaks, no cam buckets that wear out and destroy the cams, no cam adjusters that wear the junction points, no reduced oil pressure tricks to improve fuel mileage at the cost of cylinder wall scarring. Just a simpler design. Less power compared to today but very cutting edge in its time.
W210 M113 has higher compression (pistons), different heads with longer (IIRC) spark plug threads. If you supercharge the engine successfully, pull the 722.6 transmission and send it to Southern Hot Rod transmissions for a rebuild and upgrade to handle the increased torque.
Personally, I would just stick with the stock engine. 0-60 mph in 4.8 seconds is not slow in anyone's book. In the past I've taken the route of all-out power and I've since regressed to keeping my cars reasonably (to me) close to stock. As Corky Bell of BEGI once told me, "Anyone can make big power. The problem is making it drivable." If you have never heard of Corky Bell, read his books. they are available on Amazon. Supercharging and Turbocharging. And the time I let him drive my '05 E55, he was very complimentary of how well the Mercedes engineers did their job.

^^^^ all understood and since I have 2 w210 E55's and I don't drive my cars hard and since I don't put on too many miles, a custom one of a kind car if done right, could be enjoyed wiht out much issue, so I think.
This is the video where XF Motorsports has converted the W211 into a manual swap and did it so professionally and reiably.
I have started a communication with them to see if they would cosider either SC the current engine or swap in a W211 M113K engine and manually swap it.
Of course I have several questions for them so well see how the conversation goes, will keep you all updated.
Looking at how they do all in house stuff and the projects they have done or are doing, this don't look too hard for them to do
This is the inspiration done by Rafeal at Stern Garage in Germany.
Once I have a bit of idea about the plan from XF Motorsports, I plan on contacting Rafael and figure out the details, doability and concerns/reservations if any in this project.
Cost wie, I do have an idea how much it could cost and honestly don't think it would be astronomical,

Just swap in a m113k from a 2003+ E55. Use the harness and the ME2.8 ecu and have Mercedesswapshop do the coding (their prices are reasonable). If you want a manual trans then use one from one of the V6 Mercedes or Crossfire, if not, 722.6 auto trans which comes behind the m113k.

XF Motorsports has not responded to any of my inquiries regarding the engine swap
Is there any reputable shop in US that could help me achieve my vision?
Not only that, I would also like to go through the car and replace the entire suspension so we get the handling to go with the power too
Thanks

Calling Eurocharged E55 aka Jase...... Since you are a Mercedes mechanic by trade, is this something you can/want/willing to do, If I was to send the car over to you? Swapping a W211 AMG engine along with the supercharger?
