Gonna go grab a can and get some VP Race Fuel 104 Octane Unleaded.....yeah yeah yeah, I gotta schlep it in a can...don't rub it in you Sunoco 104 guys.

Honestly, I tried the 100 Octane from this pops at a local station, but had trouble starting after....bet it was bad gas. Not like everyone is buying 5$ a gallon gas.

i have a drum of 100 but only thought higher octane would be a benefit if your ecu was mapped for it (like my rx7 has 3 boost settings and i can only run the highest boost with 100) or in extremely hots days where the ecu retards timing to prevent det. the higher oct would keep your car at normal operation. could be hysterically off though.

I too thought it was only helpful with the tuning for it. I've run it on the stock ECU and the Kleemann ECU but never saw any improvement.
