Going to E-Town on 3/19
Looking at Raceway parks webstie; what is one looking for "Time Trial" slots?
What is the process once one arrives at the events? I hate not knowing what to do; where to go; etc.
Share some details and i will make the trip!

For March 19th, the Drag Scehdule says - "Street Muffled vehicles only. AM Session- Time Trials + Corvette Challenge + GM EFI Race Series 1. SCCA Autocross. Open 9AM. PM Session – Time Trials + RS + TSB + HS. Points Begin. PTS. Open 3PM."
When you get there, you will pay an entrance fee, sign a release, and proceed to tech inspection. You will fill out the forms that identify your car - type, color, plate, etc.
Tech Inspection will assign you a time-trial lane, usually 1, 2 or 3, and write your number on your window. Pick up a helmet at the store by the gas pumps, and go to the staging lane that you have been assigned to. Then wait by your car for them to call your lane.
For each session (a.m. or p.m.) you will get up to three runs.
Funny I use to run a 1970 Super Pro SS big block Camaro at Englishtown back in the 80's to early 90's. That car ran low 10's to mid 9's all day long on 110 race fuel. I would love to see what my E55 could do, but I'll wait I still have less that 1,000 miles on the virgin and I wouldn't want to beat on it just yet.
Here's an old photo of my Drag Car with tow rig. That Camaro would pull the front wheels off the ground with ease every time. It was a handfull, but man was it fun

My best run today was a 12.096 @ 115.89. My 60 foot time on that run was a 1.945.I backed it up with a 12.150 @ 114.71, with a 1.948 60 foot time. Temp rose from 42 to 50 on the runs. I saw more flashing of the yellow DSC light today than I did last time out.
(I also had a crappy run where the DSC shut me down. I launched at too high an RPM and killed my run. Still, I ran a 12.783 @113.78, which was quicker and faster than 2 C6's out there today.)
Not sure why my MPH was down from the 116.85 that I hit twice in October. May have been a bit more humid today, or it may have been the DSC cutting back some spark.
Anyway - Still dropped a few jaws at the Corvette Challenge. I am going to try to run on a Friday night in the next couple of weeks while the air is still cool. Pictures of my car will be on the racewaypark.com website on Tuesday (link to the photoshop). I will add a picture of my Silver E at the tree next to the pictures of my silver Z06 and silver 300zx Twin Turbo.
