That vehicle looks beautiful but there are no markings on it whatsoever. It also has the stock CLS 55 wheels. It is, however, pretty undeniable that the car has the 65 series front air dam so it beats me. All I'm saying is don't take this as hard proof of a CLS 65. Once I see it on AMG's site, then I'll believe it.

4 wheels
Actually I think the wheels are from the E55 since the wheels on the CLS55 are different than those of the E55. Look carefully.
Also the front gills on the side help to direct cool air into the braking system (rotors, calipers, and pretty much the whole assembly) for optimal performance of those 8 piston bad boys up front.
I too will only believe once I see it confirmed by my dealer and once its orderd by me. I would sure as hell by a CLS65 or a E65 in a hearbeat.

Couple of things about this picture.
Love the front facia! On my SL65 the openings are functional on one side, for an additional oil cooler. They are closed off on the other side. They are not developed as brake cooling ducts.
This could not be a 65 car. It is running 18" rims. All of the 65 cars run a minimum of 19" rims to clear the larger two piece brakes. I highly doubt that MB would be running a test car around with a V12 that has small brakes on it compared to all other V12 cars from AMG.
It would appear to be an AMG from the quad exhaust. Perhaps it is the new 63 in cold winter testing.
Again, I hope we see that new front facia soon!
