04 E55 white.
Kleeman install
I live in Los angeles and i was wondering whats a good shop to get my kleeman parts installed at. I dont want a second rate place touching my benz.

Talk to Kleemann and have them give you someone in your area.

Off topic...Derek...what did your engine dyno at prior to the mods? Did Chris do it? I'm at 5500 miles and I want to dyno the car to see where its at...

Chris is great. Love that guy. He finished up my car at 7 on a Friday night, went to a Christmas party, left @ 9 to pick me up from the airport, and took me to his shop to get the car so I could race the next morning. Awesome guy.

I don't know how far Santa Cruz is from Los Angeles, but driving a bit for a good Benz guy ain't a bad idea, and you sound like your willing to do it. I talked with Cory at Kleeman and he said that Canepa Design has been doing some good work for them and that they have a good relationship with Kleeman. Here's the website:

They have a picture of a Puter colored modified E55 on their website too.

Just curious what parts do you have that you want to get it installed? Check out www.evosport.com and they can do the install for you.

Bruce Canepa is a legend - can't go wrong with quality of work. Regarding the E55 on the site:

Granite gray - my old '05 Pewter had more brown tint to it.

You could always also truck your car over to Colorado. I may have been mistaken, and it's best to talk with Cory directly, but I think he said that if you get the modifications done in Colorado they give a break on the labor charge. Not too sure if I understood correctly, but if you find out, post up, I'd like to hear about it.

I am considering sending my 2005 C55 to either Colorado or Canepa too.
