[QUOTE=Just need to be clear b/c these were two possible issues that were communicated to me with your exact wheel/tire size choices on an E55. I don't want to run into any issues.

I have the exact same tire sizes on mine and have no issues. I agree, this is the best wheel/tire option for the car...

Thank you. There are a number of awesome Mercedes pics on the following website (which happens to be the place where I bought my wheels). This may assist anyone looking to buy wheels to get a preview of what a certain wheel looks like on an E55, before making a huge investment.
Simply go to "Search by car", and then scroll down to "Mercedes". You can also search by manufacturer or wheels type. The guy's name is Rafic, and he is a true car enthusiest.

So...
after a lot more searching...I've found that if I want to go to a 285/25/20 in the rear...that the PZero is my only option
. Not my first choice, but I think I'm willing to sacrifice for that extra 10mm...
Besides, look at Peter's (WheelExperts) E55. His 20x10 with 285/25 in the rear looks SOOOO HOT!!!

i'm running the 285/25/20 in the rear with the kleemann lowering module and have no issues with them, the 285/30/20 will affect the performance because of the increase in diameter,285/25/20 is only .4" difference from the 265/35/18 (see rbc55's pics on page 6 at the bottom)
