My Lambo dealer in Naples said they have a F430 Spider build slot in the 1st run of production, because another guy backed out. They offered me first pick on it, but I want a test drive!! They want a 15K premium and Ferrari requires a 30% deposit!! But I could sell it for a major profit. These are Car and Drivers figures on the F430 Spider

And if not, just put that thing in Dupont registry once you get it and u will make a serious profit!I think the times i saw for the F430 coupe were in Car and Driver. But for the spider, thats pretty impressive!

Well to wrap the E63 up.....this should pretty much put it to bed...now the 65??
Found same info on many different Auto mags online.
Ben ALWAYS runs the same motor across the board to save production cost. The "tune for various cars" BS is the same line they use with the E55, although it has the same juice as other models. Just saves face with the 170,000$ cars. THIS is the 63 motor....gosh I hope it can beat the M5 or we are in for a looonnnnngggggg 12 months til 07's come out. Gonna be close....I say "poor form" to AMG and Benz....they coulda got 550 outta them and roasted the M5. Hopefully I am wrong.
Mercedes-Benz is already at an advanced stage of development with an AMG version of its new R-class. The rapid six-seat crossover vehicle (part MPV, part 4x4) will be the first in a whole line of future AMG models to receive a new naturally aspirated 6.3-litre V8 engine being developed as a replacement for today’s supercharged 5.4-litre V8.
The new powerplant will produce 504bhp in its highest state of tune, although Mercedes is expected to alter the output to suit the various AMG models.
