brembo makes them but they dont sell them.

S 63 Coupe, GLS 63
Last I checked list price on the rotors was $15k EACH. Front pads were around $8k and rears were like $6k. That was about 6-8 months ago.

Yeah no thanks I would rather have some gold calipers on my E55 rather than that ridiculous price of $44K. Hell maybe even get a new daily driver to replace the TL with.
