LA Area Members: Any Good Radar Installers Around?
I've decided its time to install this V1 thats been in my trunk for ages. I've been way too busy to get it done lately but I'm ready to get this puppy up and running. Does anyone in the LA area know a good place to get a V1 install? I've heard horror stories about Al & Ed's so I'm trying to avoid them at all costs. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

2004 E55 Evosport I & II; VRP H/E
I had a Bel laser/radar system installed by Competition Soundworks about a year ago. It was a bit pricey, but I didn't want the suction cup look. They have two locations and referred me to the one in Artesia for the install. I went to the shop and they seemed to be doing alot of high-end installations. They were also ranked as one of the top installers by a magazine (I forget which one).

I used Automitive Entertainmnent of Santa Monica, 2412 Wilshire Blvd., in SM, (310) 453-3541, for all of my electronics upgrades on a new CLS 55 AMG, including radar. Their work is high quality and priced accordingly.
