Is there any way to know for sure about emissions.

Is there any way to know for sure about emissions.
Utah has pretty strict emissions but I have no idea how strict.

Wanna go Stage 3 Kleemann, but all cats will be gone with full flow exhaust correct??

I guess I could go down to the local emissions places and ask the guys what they think.....The Benz is so efficient, I bet even without Cats she would come close...I guess.

Anybody ever have trouble with emissions with mods on or with exhaust removed.

Thanks for any help.

Without a catalyc converter no car will pass emmisons. Not even a Toyota engine with ULE2 standard.
