Derek,

Have you ever ran against a 996 turbo x50 or a GT2 (like the cobra the video), say from about 30 mph roll? I was wondering how bad your car started to pull away?

off n20 he should be pretty close to a gt2, probably pulling a car or 2 by 110. On n20 he should pull easily to about 4-5 cars by 110. He should be able to handle a turbo w/o a problem. My car traps similar to his n20 to his and I smoke turbos and gt2's easily. When mods come into play for the P cars it can get pretty scary. From what I've seen the P cars arent very good on the drag strip, but they are killers from a roll race.

Thanks for the love. Running the MT Street Radials on the 16" CCW's. They hook well but not a huge difference from the BF's. But with only 4 passes on them, they are not yet broken in.

DGussin, I'm launching about as hard as I can without spinning. Having a stock stall on there, I can't get past a 1,500 rpm powerload before it starts to break traction. You gotta remember that these things do not look like a stang when they launch.

WayneE, yes it is still stock. I'm spraying with a finger button as soon as I have traction. I'll scan the slip tomorrow.

Evolution, no more 190... at least for now.

Tooth, we don't have cars like that here in Tallahassee. Unfortunately, I never get to run anything that doesn't show up at the track and that is rarely anything exotic.

Vetluver, it's not ***** or money- it's blind stupidity. I was wrong about the 50 shot, it was an estimate. It was more like 60-65. We added about 50 to it for this last run. With only knocking off about .12 seconds with another 50 shot, I'm thinking I am running lean. I'm heading across the pond Tuesday to run with the bulls but will get it dyno tuned when I get back. I think with more fuel, I'll get more out of the upped shot.

Also LACR is a terrible track. usually people at LACR run 1-2 seconds off what they should be running. Ive seen 03/04 cobras at LACR in the high 13s/14s.
