Evo Power Package

What modifications would least compromise your warranty coverage? I assume headers, exhaust, and the Evosport intercooler package would all be OK, and that the pulley and chip mods would be verboten -- does anyone have experience in this area? I'd like to improve my car but would like to keep the warranty intact.
Finally, what are the implications from an insurance standpoint. Yeah, yeah -- I know -- what they don't see won't hurt 'em. That being the case, this is the ONLY new car where the insurance agent asked me up front if I had modified the car...

Dude, on my X5, my rear air suspension module started smoking. I have no mods, and they tried to blame the damn thing on me lowering the car.
I lowered my car?!
You have to be smart, and rough. If your suspension goes out, they can't blame it on the headers if your suspension is stock. If your headers create a fire, then that's your fault. Be honest yet be tough. It's how dealers get work done, and what not.

I wonder if they would try and hammer me if I have a brake or rotor claim and have 19" wheels installed? Can't believe a dealer tried to nail you like that on your X5...
Also, nothing should go wrong because so many folks have done these. They are tried and tested parts. If something does go wrong, it shouldn't be anything related to the modifications, and due to the Moss Magsun (I'll link that later, I know I spelled it wrong) Act, the dealer isn't really allowed to nail you on it.
I think I just got stuck with a ****ty advisor, I bought the car in Dallas as well. Why would they care for me since I didn't purchase from them
There's the link.
