the problem ricky is that prior to cashing my check (over 2.5 months ago) he was very easy to reach and talk to. however once my money was in his hand

update,
he did contact me yesterday. he wants to correct the situation so that the customer (me) is happy. hopefully everything will work out in the end. thanks for the support guys. i will keep you updated.
