Driving Schools
I wanna get opinions on high performance driving schools. So far I have been to two. 1. AMG experiance $1200 1day I estimate I got about 90 minutes of drive time. 2 ( Don't Flame me) BMW M School 2 days I got about 3-4 hours each day of driving time, cost about $3500 (Plus airfare to Carolina). I am looking for the most wheel time for the money any suggestions? Also if anyone can comment on the AMG graduate experiance how much wheel time did you get? thanks Wolf

the best driving schools are the ones that teach you how to drive in your car better (not some mustang, or a corvette, or even a porsche). I would look for local driving schools.

I did the Skip Barber 3-day Racing School at Daytona this past April. It qualified me for an SCCA License. It was a very intense class, but like someone mentioned, its better if you use your car so you can learn to drive IT faster.

If you want hours of track time in your own car, these guys should have an event in your area. If you want, they can set you up with an instructor too.
