Where is Derek? I need your help here in Augusta, Georgia. My vette competition is on his way back from Raleigh, North Carolina where they Dyno tuned his vette since he has spent $9,000 on it to beat me. On motor with 405 to the rearwheels he is good for a 12.60. On Nitrous he dynoed 540 to the rearwheels and has ran two 11.60s. I need to wax him. At the same track, Carolina Dragway, I have best runs of 12.15, 12.16 and 12.17 Help! What will a dry shot do and who can hook me up on the installation. I only need to knock him off once to put him in his place.

 

The D man is running a wet shot....Tallahassee is bout 326 miles from Augusta .

If I were gonna mess with something as drastic as Nitrous, I would have Derek's guy do it. He is a Master MB Tech and Derek's system speaks for itself.

Also gotta snag those C & C wheels with Mickeys on the back bro.....when you put down that type of rear wheel hp.....gonna need um. Then again if you are stock, you could get away with drag radials.

Fastest stock NOS E55 on the forum is in the 11.5 range.....wasn't sure if you were running mods or not.

dude all you need is dr's and a dry shot I'm running 11.59's maybe alittle to close for comfort for ya but he still has to drive that vette perfect to beat you and i bet he chokes!

Yup, what noone is saying about the new Z06 (referring to high hp Vettes) is that they are a super beotch to launch. Takes most guys quite a few runs to figure out how to keep it to the ground. Motor Trend was getting really frustrated and by the end of the day, they were able to tick into the 11's.

That't why our cars are so killer....one of the easiest cars I have ever had to launch.

 

I'd follow BMWEATR's set up and you have to get traction.
