I'll never forget!! I was passing by the WTC on my way to JFK when the 1st plane hit and after going through the tunnel (under the river) I looked back and saw both towers with huge plumes of black smoke rising from them. The DJ on the local radio station thought it was some idiot sight-seeing plane that had crashed into the tower. Got to the airport, got my boarding pass and then all hell broke loose (we learned what had happened). I will never forget that day and what a group of *******s brought upon us. It brings tears to my eyes even today. This is indeed a somber day for a great nation. mp

How was it? I heard about this television movie, but i would assume most of it is all guessing as to what really happened. No one will really know what really happened on that plane.

NO_WUR_E - The information on all the people involved, including the Terrorists, was very interesting. You are correct that no one will ever know everything that went on in that plane but there was a lot of private phone calls made during that 35 +/- Minutes before the crash and the flight cabin recorder was found for futher information. It is an incredible story!!! - Bob

I will never forget..I knew people who's relatives were murdered that day.At the time I was living just 30 miles outside NYC and that morning I stood by the Hudson River and watched as 3 fighter jets flying out of Stewart AFB came down the river just 20' above the water & flew UNDER the Tappan Zee Bridge towards Manhattan. The ground shook as they approached and my wife&I were awe-struck as they flew by.....

Now that must have been something else to see!!! Were the jet fighters kicking up a rooster tail in the water behind them? - Bob

I was there that day waiting for Barnes & Nobles to open to get a book for class. I was there when both planes hit and remeber my ear drums popping and bleeding from them. I couldn't hear for a good 10 mins. I helped with the rescue and gave almost all of my belongings (such as socks, shirts, etc) to help with the clean up and wounded.
