How much should a good wet setup cost with professional installation? $1k? $2k? $3k? What should I expect. I have no interest in doing it myself.
Thanks again,
Darren

I'm starting to be a little leery of a nitrous setup on the E55. While I like the power you can make, I'm a little weary of doing an on-off setup. Look at the dyno just jump up. That is quite a shock to the motor, especially a $40k+ one.

medici you could just add one of these http://www.jegs.com/cgi-bin/ncommerc...26&prmenbr=361 .
You are right thought it is putting more load on the rods and the drive train there is no denying that. I think our internals are very Stout as evidence by DerickFsu but only time will tell.
I'm glad you brought the point up about the cost of the motor, it is something everybody should think about before spraying i know i did.

Good question. I'd need to ask for clarification on that topic. Regardless, seems like I would want to do that anyway to help reduce the instantaneous shock to the internals.
Thank you,
Darren

But that is the big advantage of nitrous - the instant tq hit. That's what gives you the ET.

Sorry having to bump this thread back from the dead, but would very much like to see if there's any progress to this mod since then.
