Great car that looks better when you see it in person and drive it. We had one at our 1/4 track event last week and I drove it for a few runs (it was Blue).Great car! Chevy has come far with the Vette.

Sorry for the no pics yesterday, was too busy running errands and puttin 250 city miles on the Vette. The performance is absolutely phenomenal.....
Pullin from 3k in any gear is unreal. The limits are so high for this car that you can't even try on public roads. Pulling after 100 is as good as any other car in 1st.... The exhaust is so incredibly throaty. You can still hear the Vette tones but I love it. Idling with the fuse pulled (if you know what Im talking about) is incredible. You can barely carry a convo when standing behind it. Haven't tried to launch it because I want to take it easy for the break-in but my god does this thing amaze me. This has to be one of the only cars that I have driven where it can actually scare me.
I am chargin my battery for the camera as we speak and I will be taking pics in an hour or two. It might be a bit dirty but its excusable because I have been driving it.
Oh and so far there are four other ones here in Naples. Saw pics of another black one, seen a yellow one two weeks back, some guy took delivery of a silver one that I heard about and I just had a run in with a red one. Wow are these cars incredible. GM has really done it now.

The only negative about the car (if you want to call it that) after driving it at the 1/4 track last week is that it is almost impossible to get any type of launch. The owner is looking into getting some DR's to help but those stock 325 rubbers just spin like MAD. This has always been a issue with the last Z06 and it is just magnified with the newer more powerful model.
Overall, more to life then 1/4 runs, but if you are at a light on the street it would be nice to get out of the hole fast. The best 1/4 time for the new Z06 last week was 12.0 with a very fast trap of 125.

Tell Mike he can borrow my CCWs w/ET Streets if they'll fit on a C6 Z06. They were sticky enough to get me a string of 10s at almost 130mph in my old school C5 Z06 on Friday
