.... Wow, I can't comprehend that, it's amazing to me how someone could do that. Your state needs a self protection law like the one that was just passed here in Florida... If someone did that it's your choice to fire at will.

Glad you're OK. That is one good example of why Texas has a concealed firearm law and CA should have one, too. Now you can get a CLS with the 030 package.

I second the motion of others, Thank GOD you're safe, you can always get another car, that's what insurance is for. If those cheap insurance bastiges try to keep from replacing you car, get a high powered lawyer and publicize your situation, trust me they'll settle.

Glad you're well..develop a relationship with the local prosecutor that will be assigned to the case as the charges, suggested penalties, plea bargaining etc will be in his/her hands.
