Car covers
I did a search, but didn't find any info...
Where can I buy a good, indoor car cover for my E55? I guess indoor/outdoor would be ok, but I don't ever park outside

Try Covercraft.
http://www.covercraft.com
They have fabric for about any use including indoor only. I have one of their form-fit covers for my Turbo which works great.

If indoor only, get a 100% cotton cover, so you can wash it in your washing machine when you wash your car. That way you put on a clean cover on your clean car. The synthetics can't be washed and dried in a home machine.
Another benefit is the cotton cover gets softer the more you wash it. But its only a dust cover and somewhat a ding/scratch protector for indoor use.

That's what I'm really looking for, Norb. Maybe I can just find a universal fit cotton locally, instead of ordering. I certainly don't want to spend a small fortune at the dealer for an MB logo
