Alignment? or something else?
I just picked up my used 03 E55 yesterday. First thign I noticed was the steering wheel was pulling. I complained and the took it back to their affiliated shop and had a look.
The explanation was during the oil change before delivery, they had the car up on a jack. the tire balance was off and then the "computer" (assuming for the air suspension) was reset. Then the "computer" comensates the off-balanced pressure with ride height causing the pull.
today, they claimed to have fixed it by checking and filling the tires with the right amount of air. then they reset the "computer" again.
the steering pull improved. But it still pulls inthe same direction in a less amount. Most noticable at slow speed.
Will the suspension "set" in after a few days?
could it well be the alignment?
Is there such a "computer"?
