CD Changer stuck "open".

CD Changer stuck "open".
Car is 10 hours old and changer is stuck open - any ideas to get it to reset ?

The CDC door mechanism closes when I lock the car. As soon as I select CDC in the COMMAND, or any of the 6 CD buttons the changer system locks up. Then the button to close the CDC door is not operational either and it stays open until I lock the car and then it shuts.
Seems like some lose connection at back of changer. Anyone fiddled with the CDC unit much ? I.e. could it be a simple lose lead or something ?
Would a COMMAND reset help?

Tried it again this evening and all is well with CDC ... go figure...
