Rev Limiter
I don't know if my car is set up different or what but, I can't hit the limiter. Not that I want to. When I put my car in manual to do a burnout, I can't hold it in low gear. It spins and shifts up into second gear right away. I have it in M mode and it still does it. Any ideas what could be going on or if we have a set up that I haven't done?

The 2003 & early 2004 cars automatically upshift to the next gear even when in M mode. The mid 2004 and newer cars hold the gears in M mode.
My car does go over 6,000RPM before it shifts, but, I guess the shift point would depend on what your ECU was programmed for as the soft limiter point. My car's rev limiter was programmed as 6,500RPM I believe. You should check with Kleemann and see what they set the rev limit to.

I know! I can't get enuff. I'm envious of that burnout you did at Capitol last month. When are we going to pick up some wine? I will probably go up there next weeek after we move into the new house. I need a couple of cases of wine. We've been going through a few bottles these days.

The party is this Saturday, the 28th.
The cellar we had built will hold about 800 bottles. I used a ChillR unit for cooling. You just need a sealed room and the ChillR units can be mounted above the door. Nothing huge, but it will hold plenty of wine for us I'll PM you about Laurel
How's the new place?

Here is part of my wine cellar at home.. All custom racking... I bottle my own and also purchase certain select vintages.
This was taken shortly after the installation was complete.. 600 bottle capacity on all the racks combined.

My question was answered earlier so no big deal. Nice cellar Victor. I have two closets that I'm converting to a cellar. Nothing as nice as what you have. Beautiful cellar.

Thanks everyone for the compliments!
The bottles are slightly tilted downward. The corks are wet. Temp is controlled at 15C and humidity at 65%.
