first, very happy to hear that you weren't injured.
second, i'm sad to see your car go! that "bright red one in London" has been one of my favorites in the pictures section; that color isn't available in the US on the e class cars.
best wishes for a speedy financial recovery.

This is what happen I was in a tunnel with no one around me and wanted to hear the beast roar especially since I haven’t driven my car for a while. So I let it rip just to hear the music coming out of Eisenmann Racing Exhaust. As I was coming to the end of the tunnel I came on to a bend. For some reason the car started drifting more and more towards the curb. I hit the curb on it I was in control until the rear end of the car touched a light post and that is when the Sh*t hit the fan. I started hitting right and left till I ended crashing into a metal railing bringing me to a stop in the middle of the road.

NOOOOO!!! I loved your color combo... You had one of the only red E55's I've seen!
Glad you're OK. Were you pleased with the safety features of the car having ridden out what appears to be a nasty accident?

Great the hear you made it out fine. That's terrible news though, especially for someone like me who has never seen a bright red E55 in person.

a few...
Wow, sorry to hear about the loss. Good to hear that you made it out alright though. You had one of the coolest E55s I have ever seen, sad to hear about the loss of it from the car world... I will never forget the red with light brown interior... makes me drool every time.
