Left blinker on means "GET THE $UCK OUT OF MY WAY" in German Autobahn language.
This is only more pronounced by the accompanied flashing high beam which means something like "YOU RETARD IN YOUR LAME 275 HP CAR GOING ONLY 225KM/H HAVE NO RIGHT TO BE IN FRONT OF ME AND MY XENONS WILL BLIND YOU IF DON'T GET THE $UCK OUT MY WAY RIGHT NOW."
BTW, it is illegal in Germany to stay in the left lane after you passed a car. The above mentioned actions are - you might have guessed it - also illegal.
