If you maintain the car you will be fine and also depends how the car was maintained before you. The only issue I had with mine was alternator and a battery everything else I've done is all mods to the car. The engine on this car is pretty much Bullet proof but you will have Normal wear and tear.

Get your tires rebalanced.

A cheap fix is to replace the transmission mount.
