I will post pics of these wheels on my car but I need to get the center cap thing figured out first. With these BBS wheels the only way to change center caps is to take the wheels off the car.

Rock I like that too, but there is a carbon fiber BBS cap you may be able to get- looks pretty cool.
Oh by the way, whats your set up with the LM's: 19x8.5 and 19x9.5? I know they make LM's in 20's and that would be straight pimp on W211 E55.

Vic, I stayed with the 19x8.5 and 19.9.5. The 20s may have been too pimp for me 
and I'm also not sure the northeastern roads around me would agree with them.
I found a web site that has BBS caps. I'll check out the carbon fiber ones.

Heck, if I bought HREs, I would want the world to know that I paid top dollars for them by advertising the those letters. BBS on the other hand, I might just go with a cleaner look and put the star center caps. People will know that their not imitation/replicas, since "BBS" is etched in near the center of the rim. If do decide with "BBS" though, go with the silver and black.

this is just IMO, but I wouldn't put the star on those LMs because usually only replica wheels will be able to fit those stars. I would put BBS caps on the real wheels and stars on the replica wheels only.

well, now that you have the option of silver centercaps, it changes it a bit.
It is all up to you but if you got the badges on your car still, go with the BBS silver. If you are a sleeper with no badges, go with the star. Besides, if you said that BBS is etched, then it's all good because it's clear what kind they are.

I agree, go with the silver BBS cap.
For some reason, I think Mercedes' caps should only go on OEM Mercedes rims. It looks weird to see that cap on a non Mercedes-designed rim.
