Please help my E55 got hit!

Last week i was in the parking lot and a BMW 3-series backed up into the right side of my car. dead center messing the alignment of both doors. I want to get this fixed asap and was wondering if any of you guys knew any body shops that would bring it back to the way it was. The guy wants to go get it done at one of those small body shops, however i think that's retarded. So if any of you guys know a good place that will get the job done please tell me. I live in Calabasas and anywhere good would be nice.

One more thing does my insurance go up if we brought the insurance in this?
(His license was suspended, however still chose to drive)

Thanks Everyone!
Here are some pictures!

I have taken many cars to Beverly Coach Craft over the last 20 years and I have always been very happy with their work. They only work on Mercedes Benz cars and have a very satisfied customer base.

I would only take my cars to them if anything were to happen.

You need to file a police report and get your insurance involved immediately. The repairs could easily run to 5k or more real quick. You have only the word of someone who was driving on a suspended that they will pay your damage. This person could easily dispute your version of the story and you would be in a tough place, your word against his. Perp could also just refuse to pay.

also, the resale value for a car that has been damaged will be lower too, as the incident will be noted in carfax.

Your insurance will most likely require you to file a police report. Regardless, you need to go on record to protect yourself. File tomorrow.

Just report it already. Call your insurance company and file a police report. If not for yourself, for everyone else in Los Angeles and Ventura County. If the guy's license was suspended, there should be absolutely NO reason as to why he was driving.

You have to be doing something pretty dangerous to get your license suspended. He's a risk.

I'll be the first to admit that I speed. It's still not safe. And if I'm speeding to the point where MY LICENSE GETS SUSPENDED, I would not expect anyone to feel any sorrow or pitty for me.

He broke the law, got caught, and he went against his punishment. It's a serious crime and he should be penalized. And to top it off, he hit a friggin car!!!

DO NOT FEEL BAD FOR THIS GUY. REPORT HIM.

no the this will not be shown on car fax. no frame damage. at most a new door and that does not qualify as frame damage.

Had my E55 painted on half the car since it was keyed. Clean car fax.

Had a old C280 get hit by an S500... clean car fax (minor wreck)...

car fax is for flooded cars, seriously damaged cars, and salvage title cars trying to re-surface as clean title cars.
