New Loaded Black 2005 E55 for $15K Off MSRP ($75K)
I was planning on buying this car, but I now don't think I will...but I have identified a new black 2005 E55 for sale from a dealer in the Northeast for about $75,000 with the following options:
Lighting
Parktronic
Premium
Shades
Trunk Closer
Tire Pressure Monitor
I think I have it all. I know the MSRP is just over $90,000. I can put you in touch, if you have a serious interest.
The only "issue" is that this car has been "punched" in December, and the warranty clock has started ticking.

Is this a northeast thing? I bought my C32 CPO even though it was never driven off the lot. Someone "bought" the car but never took delivery and MB started the clock on the warranty. At the same dealer, there was an S500 with the same thing.

What this (punched) means in dealer terminalogy is that they reported it "sold" to MB in late December to get the $7,500 incentive money that was available from MB, so their cost basis is considerably lower.
