9ff Mercedes??

Anybody here know anything about 9ff tuning Mercedes?? My buddy has a 9ff variotune exhaust on his turbo. It sounds incredible. The killer thing is that you can turn it off/on.
It makes power everywhere, but allows you to mute it when you want.
I think that’s pretty cool. Anybody know if these guys make one for MB cars? Is it at all possible to adapt something like this to an sl55??

Don't know if they make one for MB. I do know that I would not trust this company in the United States. There are horror stories with them in the P-car community.

Nope, 9FF does not make any MB products. They are a strictly Porsche tuner. I'm not sure what horror stories you're talking about, but with every 9FF product and install, they give you a pretty good disclaimer about what you can do with the parts and what to expect from it. For example, if you did an entire engine tune, of which they basically change everything but the block, they recommend a full engine rebuild after 15,000 miles. Most of their cars are made to be track cars for racing, but for the street cars they do work on, unfortunately, their parts need to be changed out every so often. It's a relatively small company, and they still need to work on quality control.......

Haha yeah, I like 9FF a lot because they're the underdogs in the biz. Sure they're a small company and have some problems, but Jan Fatthauer (the owner) has some SERIOUS cred. He worked for BRABUS for 15 years before starting his 9FF operation, so he knows his **** pretty well. Haha, no I don't work for 9FF (I wish), but I'm a HUGE Porsche enthusiast, and I'm saving up like MAD for a 997TT.....

As for the MB version.......I'm not sure who makes it....
