Is this a good deal or ?
Hello everyone. Former BMW M3 owner here looking to take the leap over to the E55 world. I got the following offer this weekend for a lease on a 2006 E55. I've never leased, etc before therefore this is very new to me so I apologize if this has been asked before etc. Here is what they offered me.
Is this a decent deal or ?
Thank you in advance.

That's a terrible deal. E55's can be found at $10k+ discounts right now. I also believe that MBUSA is running a special on the E55 right now. Something like $4500 down and $999 per month. Keep looking around as dealers are really trying to move these cars right now. Good luck.

The money factor is right on but if the cap cost reduction amount is coming from you and not the dealer as it appears, then no its not a good deal. Expect discounts of between $7,000-10,000 off MSRP but you may have to shop for it out of your area.

something fast
TDL check your pm, I sent some sample numbers of what the deal should look like if they are adhering to the program. they do not require 8k down, its 3k, bank fee, and 1st month payment or $4800 ish.

the real has one flaw...
your Acquistion fee should be $4500+ not $10k
you are paying to reduce the CAP cost...
in other words, you are making the down payment...
make sure at the end, that you make them reduced the CAP price of the vehicle
