Lease help please

I am considering taking advantage of the E55 lease special. 90545 sticker, 7k off, residual 51530, lease rate .00125, 10k per year. I don't want to put a cent down except first mo payment (Is this poss w/this lease special?)
What should my 39 mo payment be? (not inc taxes)

Just call your dealer for the numbers or plug them in here:

something fast
with 0 down your payments would be 989.74+tax, bank fee and 1st months payment. you don't have to pay the 3k down, it will just make your payment $90 higher than it would be if you followed the program to a t with your $7k discount. If you would like to double check or find a different car, here is how the numbers you use. leaseguide.com. For base msrp, you take msrp and subtract 1700 gas guzzler tax, they do not residualize that so for the car in question your base msrp is 88845. next your base cap cost is 90545-$7000 then you have 58% residual and .00125 mf. 39 months and you shoud get without any extra costs and tax 989.74.

Yes, I used the leaseguide.com and I got my car a bit over 2 weeks ago w/5K down. Just plug the number in and you are done...

Do they residualize the $775 destination charge?

It's still included in the base cap cost, just not factored in the MSRP part of the lease calculation.
