as a follow up to this thread... the spray on stuff sucks and scratches easily over time... the film / decals also are pretty lame and dull.

Bet bet, in the end, is to get them professionally smoked...

Does anybody know of a good shop in the Bay Area that does smokes tail lights? Pictures of results would be good to.

I wonder whether any members here tried to smoke the clear lense instead... I love the look of my W210.... and wonder how it would look on W211 (and W203)

Do you recommend anywhere in Socal to get it professionally done at? Maybe we can get a group buy. I am interested in doing this or just the white part to my C class. Let me know when you get more info and if you are interested.

I know Lucent in West LA does lots of smoke taillights for MBs and other highend rides.
