In my old house I had Home Depot install the epoxy floor for my garage and I used to have an Escalade ESV,Escalade, and CTS-V sitting on it all day and this was in Michigan so there were very harsh conditions and nothing ever happened to the floor. Hey, maybe Im just lucky?

I too had Home Depot do the install as well. I got the second level, considering I do not plan on being at this residence THAT long.

I love it, and my only trouble is when someone dragged something hard and sharp along the floor, so i have a couple scuff marks. The good thing is they go in sand the concrete down, fill in cracks and then go on with the application.

I also use rubber mats to ease cleaning in the garage, but I have had no lifting.

In my next, more permanent residence, I plan on using stamped concrete or a tile.

When we moved into our new home a year ago I used the Rust-o-leum epoxy for our garage. I live in the desert where it can hit a high of 120 degrees. So far the floor has held up well. A friend whom I helped do his garage has had spots bubble up, but his was a garage floor that had been used for 3-4 years in the unsealed condition (along with the inevitable oil stains). We cleaned the best we could and did use the acid etch correctly. I feel that the "virgin" concrete was better for sealing.
